The Haunted Theatre

The Apollo Civic Theatre will be haunted for the season. 7 to 11 p.m. Fridays, Oct. 7, 21 and 28; Saturdays, Oct. 8, 15, 22 and 29. Children ages 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. 7 Nights of Horror

Charles Town Ghost Tours

The tour features 13 stops and the authentic, documented tales of more than 100 lively spirits. Each tour lasts about two hours. Comfortable shoes and flashlights are recommended. 7:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday night in October. Jefferson County Courthouse, 100 E. Haunted Fairground

Zipline canopy tour Halloween haunting

Participants will zip along a 2 1/2-hour course while encountering the strange and unusual. 6 p.m. Saturdays in October and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on Halloween weekend. Halloween Mystery Spooktacular

Hagerstown Children's Theater performs. The Scooby Doo team travels back in time in their Magic Mystery Machine to solve a mystery. Ghost Walk at Fort Frederick

Halloween Festival
