Stonecroft community yard sale

The Stonecroft Tenant Association will hold a community yard sale and bake sale Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The yard sale will be at 11400 Stonecroft Court (building A) off Robinwood Drive. For more information, call 301-739-3442.



Dance party

Jim Powers, Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Maugansville Ruritan Club building on Maugans Avenue. Tickets cost $4 per person.

Smithsburg High School Class of 1986 is planning its 25th class reunion for Saturday, Oct. 22, in conjunction with homecoming weekend.

Smithsburg Middle

Smithsburg Middle School will hold its book fair Oct. 10 to 14. Family night will be Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Anyone interested in helping students find books during the day or would like to operate the money box during the last part of the week, call 301-766-8357. By volunteering, you are entitled to one free paperback book from the fair for you or your child.
