Freedom Valley Chorus to present annual show

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Freedom Valley Chorus invites the community to its fourth annual show, titled “Hijinks on the High Cs.”

The show will be Saturday at 7 p.m. at The Capitol Theatre, 159 S. Main St. in Chambersburg.  

The 27-member women’s chorus, which sings a cappella harmony, is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International.

Guests include a group of teens from the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts in Hagerstown, under the direction of Kyle Weary, and the men’s barbershop quartet Hit Parade.

Advanced tickets cost $15 for adults, and $13 for students and those 60 and older. The rate for groups of 10 or more is $10 per ticket. Tickets at the door will cost an additional $2 each.
