Foamy peach snack

8-ounce can sliced peaches

.6-ounce box orange or raspberry sugar-free Jell-O

1/2 cup ice cubes

Drain peaches and reserve syrup.

Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup. Bring measured liquid to a boil.

Pour boiling liquid into blender container and add gelatin. Blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute.

Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted.

Add peaches and blend at high speed until ice is melted, about 30 seconds. Pour into glasses or serving bowl.
