Timothy "Tim" Ray Shiley, 53, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, W.Va. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at South Berkeley Funeral Chapel, Inwood, W.Va. A memorial service will be Sunday, Oct. 2, at 2 p.m. at Inwood United Methodist Church. Burial will be private.
