Smithsburg Steam Engine and Craft Show

The festival features steam-driven shingle milling, straw baling, blacksmithing, grain threshing and lumber milling; plus a flea market, arts and crafts, tractors and gas engines and steam traction engines. Today, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Smithsburg carnival grounds behind the fire department at 22 N. Main St., Smithsburg. Free admission, parking by donation. Bark in the Park

Games and activities for dogs and owners, plus vendors, demonstrations and rescue groups. Games include bobbing for hot dogs (canines only), musical sit, owner-dog look alike, best tail wager, best vocalist, and My Dog's Got Talent. Demonstration by Rene Napier of Corporal Punishment Flyball. Five-kilometer fun run starts at 8:30 a.m. in the west pavilion, followed by Dog Jog at 9:15 a.m. All proceeds will benefit Humane Society of Washington County. Rock 'n' Roll at the Hop

Marching band show

Magic show

Professional wrestling

National Wrestling League and House of Pain Wrestling Federation will present the Lord of the Rings 7, with the Neil Superior Memorial Cup.
