BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — Erin Close led Berkeley Springs with 11 points and two digs in a 25-8, 25-21, 25-15 sweep of Petersburg on Wednesday.
Brooklyn McCusker added 10 points and 12 assists and Courtney Miller had eight points and two digs for the Indians.

Everett scored three goals in the first three minutes of the match to take total control in Hancock’s first game since the county tournament.
Kasi Payne scored Everett’s fourth goal.
Hancock keeper Kelsie Munch had 16 saves.

SHEPHERDSTOWN W.Va. — Melani Lewis and Kayla Walker had 11 kills each as Shepherd upended Seton Hill 25-17, 24-26, 25-19, 28-26.
Sara Michael had a team-high 41 assists and added nine digs for Shepherd (6-4, 1-0 West Virginia Conference). Trish Leigh had 15 digs and Lauren Gardner had five kills and 14 digs.
