Betty Lee Baker Taylor, 82, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, at Heartland of Martinsburg. Family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at  Brown Funeral Home, where the Eastern Star will have a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. The service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Christ Reformed United Church of Christ with the Rev. Thomas Hartshorn officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
