Terrie Hendricks presented a program on portion sizes. She said using a smaller plate to eat from, plating food in the kitchen,  eliminating putting extra food on the dining table and having a small snack before going to a party or picnic might help lose weight.

Terrie handed out paper plates marked to show how a plate should be divided into proper portions and stressed the importance of practicing making choices.

Her program was followed by the annual TOPS picnic.
