Yard and bake sale Oct. 1 to benefit Holly Place, Micah's Backpacks

Haven Lutheran Church, at 1035 Haven Road in Hagerstown, will sponsor its third annual community yard and bake sale Saturday, Oct. 1, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. to benefit Holly Place and Micah’s Backpacks (a food supplement program for children in need).

Spaces cost $20 to rent, which will be donated to Holly Place and Micah’s Backpacks. What you sell, you keep.   

There will also be a bake sale and chicken barbecue, prepared by the North Hagerstown Lions Club.
