Report of belligerent customer brings police to Hagerstown bank

Hagerstown police were at the M&T Bank at 32 N. Potomac St. in Hagerstown shortly before noon Wednesday for a man who was inside acting in a belligerent manner, Officer Carroll Braun said at the scene.

Braun said the man, who was handcuffed and standing outside with police a few minutes after the incident, appeared to be intoxicated.

Braun said charges would not be filed.
