Kenneth Medford Allport, 83, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011, at Heartland of Martinsburg. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
