Leonard C. Daugherty, 82, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, at City Hospital in Martinsburg. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be private. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
