On Tuesday and Wednesday, reunion attendees will visit Washington, D.C., including a trip to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. They will have the opportunity to explore the local area Thursday.
The Hagerstown-Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau has been providing assistance for the group, and also is providing welcome packets for the attendees.
Reunion attendees are from California, Oregon, Utah, Massachusetts, Montana, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey, and New York, according to this year's reunion planner, Paul Morgan and his wife, Hazel.
Previous reunions have been in Solomons Island, Md.; Savannah, Ga.; Nashville; Salt Lake City; San Diego; and Phoenix.
