Raymond Raleigh “Wimp” Dillow, 77, of Leetown, W.Va., died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, W.Va. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. Burial will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
