Williamsport: not allowed

Clear Spring: not allowed

Hancock: not allowed

Washington County unincorporated areas: Currently allowed only in Agriculture, Residential Rural and all rural area zoning districts (Agriculture-Rural, Environmental Conservation, Preservation, Rural Village, Rural Business and Industrial Mineral). Proposed Urban Growth Area comprehensive rezoning would allow them in most districts.
