Michael Dewitt Busey, 55, of Shepherdstown, W.Va., died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at his residence. A memorial service will be Sunday at 4 p.m. at Shepherdstown Fire Hall with the Rev. Ernest D. Lyles Sr. officiating.
