Beulah M. Fearnow of Martinsburg, W.Va., formerly of Berkeley Springs, passed from this life Aug. 26, 2011, while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle, after a brief hospital stay.

Born Oct. 18, 1928, in Fulton County, Pa., the daughter of the late Icy F. Hoyle Manning and George K. Manning.

She was preceeded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Ray E. Fearnow in 2010 and sisters, Virginia E. Beatty, Mary A. Mellott, and Violet D. Tritapoe. She is survived by brothers, Winston Manning and wife Gloria of Martinsburg, W.Va., and George K. Manning and wife Betty of Hancock, Md.; and sisters, Catherine A. Beatty of Buck Valley, Pa., Velma M. Vibbert of Tompkinsville, Ky., and Barbara L. Hewett of Gerrardstown, W.Va., in addition to several nieces and nephews.

Beulah and her husband Ray operated Riverside Grocery in Hancock for a number of years.

Family will receive friends Monday, Aug. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Berkeley Springs.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home by Pastor Johnny Kelly. The funeral home will be open after 9 a.m. Monday for the convenience of family and friends. Interment will be in Greenway Cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
