Casimir Adam Jestadt, 79, of 325 Clifford Drive, Martinsburg, W.Va., passed away on Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at NMS Health Care, Hagerstown, Md.

He was born Sept. 5, 1931, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Ludwik and Helen Szajna Jestadt.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly E. Jestadt in 2004.

He was employed by Fairchild Aircraft and Rohr Industries of Hagerstown until his retirement.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors Include his daughter, Michelle C. Gatrell of Falling Waters, W.Va.; son, Charles W. Banzhoff of Hagerstown; son, Mark L. Ashby of Hagerstown; grandson, Donald Gatrell of Williamsport, Md.; grandson, Travis Gatrell of Williamsport; grandson, Joshua Banzhoff of Hagerstown; great-granddaughters, Kaelyn P. Gatrell, Prysilla A. Gatrell and Lexus R. Gatrell

He was predeceased by a son, James Ashby.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport on Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral home will be open after 9 a.m. on Monday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport, on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Robert V. Robinson officiating.
