Summit Women's Group - Waynesboro

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Dr. Allan Anyumba joined the practice of Summit Women's Group — Waynesboro, an affiliate of Summit Health, at 12525 N. Welty Road.

Anyumba joins Dr. Mehran Langroudi, Dr. Jean Lessard, Dr. Lawrence Rogina, and Lexi Batey and Dana Hull.

DocuTrac Inc., Tox Path Specialists LLC

Two clients of the Technical Innovation Center, Washington County's technology business incubator at Hagerstown Community College, recently added new staff positions.

DocuTrac Inc., a developer of behavioral health software, added the following staff:

Tox Path Specialists LLC develops and carries out safety assessments of new drugs and devices targeting diseases of the human central and peripheral nervous systems. It also performs safety assessments of new therapies for other organ systems. Tox Path added the following position:

Summit Orthopaedics

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Dr. Jeffrey Lutton joined the practice of Summit Orthopaedics, an affiliate of Summit Health, at 120 N. Seventh St. in Chambersburg.

Lutton joins Drs. Anthony Bruno, Richard S. Richards, Roger Robertson, James Shaffer and Albert Tom; and Elizabeth Budny, Danielle Mason, Nicole Myers and Lara Rife.

The practice's services include treatment of sports injuries, fractures, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, strains and sprains, and tendonitis, plus arthroscopic surgery, total joint replacement, hand and foot surgery, and on-site X-rays.

Maryland Correctional Training Center

TOWSON, Md. — Jennifer Mumau, office secretary II in the psychology department, was named employee of the month for August at the Maryland Correctional Training Center, south of Hagerstown.

Mumau recently helped the psychology staff with data collection from the inmate population. She often volunteers her time to help at various inmate and staff events. She also is a member of the Employee Appreciation Committee at MCTC and the Maryland Charity Campaign.

Mumau has been employed at MCTC since April 2005.



F&M Trust

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Kim Diehl of F&M Trust completed the Pennsylvania Bankers Association  Advanced School of Banking with honors.

The school was conducted at the Penn State Conference Center in State College, Pa., with the final week of the three-year school held from July 24 to 29.

Diehl has served the financial services industry for more than 20 years and has five additional years of experience in finance. She started her career as a finance specialist in the U.S. Army. Following jobs as an accounting specialist and financial analyst for a credit-services company, Diehl joined F&M Trust in 2005. She serves as asset-liability analyst in the bank's finance department.

A graduate of Shippensburg (Pa.) University with a bachelor's degree in finance, Diehl earned her MBA from Frostburg State University. She resides in Mercersburg, Pa., and has been active in many community organizations and events, including Meals on Wheels for the Greencastle, Pa., area, March of Dimes, Junior Achievement Program and Mercersburg Little League, for which she served as treasurer.

Lise M. Shehan, esquire, joined F&M Trust's management team as senior vice president, and investment and trust services manager Aug. 15.

Shehan has 23 years in the wealth-management area. She started her career in trust administration at CoreStates Hamilton Bank in Lancaster, Pa. She was promoted to vice president and manager of trust administration for the Lancaster region.

Shehan was actively involved in a trust accounting system conversion. Subsequently, she joined Fulton Bank, working in a similar capacity prior to becoming vice president and manager of the personal trust department.

In 1997, Shehan joined Hershey Trust Co. as a vice president and trust officer. For the past two years, she has worked in a private law firm, where she specialized in trust and estates, as well as served as the firm's in-house fiduciary expert for corporate fiduciaries.

As investment & trust services manager at F&M Trust, Shehan will be responsible for the overall operations of the bank's $500 million investment and trust services department.

Shehan is a magna cum laude graduate of Monmouth College with a bachelor's degree in history and political science. She holds a juris doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pa., and is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Lancaster County Estate Planning Council.

A native of Lancaster County, Shehan lives in Strasburg, Pa., and plans to move to the Mechanicsburg, Pa., area.

She is past president of Sunshine Corners, a not-for-profit corporation, a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and an active volunteer in several community organizations. In addition, Shehan has served in a variety of capacities on volunteer projects for her church, LCBC, in Lancaster and Dauphin counties.



Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA's Waynesboro office recognized Paul Gunder and Kim Mills for excellent performance in July.

The decision was based on the number of new listings, sales and referrals, attendance at real estate meetings and workshops, and customer-satisfaction reports.

Gunder has been a licensed Realtor since 1979, and holds licenses for Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is among the top 2 percent of NRT's sales professionals, based on gross income. He specializes in residential and developments.

Mills is consistently a top-producing agent in the Waynesboro office, and is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Cartus Network Affinity Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Gunder and Miller are members of the multilist services Metropolitan Regional Information System and  Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties.
