Arch receives A Step 2 Success grant

Nathan Arch, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Athel Arch of Hagerstown, received an education grant from the locally based foundation, A Step 2 Success.

A sophomore at Shepherd University studying piano performance, Arch will receive a $5,000 renewable grant, according to the Rev. Torben G. Aarsand, the foundation’s executive director.
