Harry Edward Talbert, 68, of Hagerstown, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, at his home in Hagerstown. A memorial service will be Sunday at 5 p.m. at Tribe of Judah Word Ministries, Boonsboro. The Rev. Donald N. Kretzer Sr. will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac St., Hagerstown.
