Carter receives scholarship from West Hagerstown Lions

Imani Leann Carter received a $1,000 scholarship from the West Hagerstown Lions Club.

Carter, who recently graduated from North Hagerstown High School, plans to attend the University of Maryland to major in clinical psychology with an interest in fitness sports.
