Ralph O. Minghini Sr., 86, of Jones Spring, W.Va., died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood, W.Va. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Frank Douty officiating.  Military graveside service will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
