Frances R. Lemaster, 42, of Falling Waters, W.Va., died Friday, July 29, 2011. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Brian Shoda officiating. Burial will be private.
