HAGERSTOWN — Memorial Boulevard between South Potomac Street and Frederick Street has reopened to all traffic after being closed since 7 a.m. Thursday to remove a tree, according to the City of Hagerstown.
The tree fell across the road during a series of storms on Friday, July 22. Work crews from Antietam Tree Service were responsible for removing it.
There is still some leftover debris from the storm in the area, but the street is completely clear. The tree was removed from the road early Thursday morning and completely removed by the afternoon.
