DARGAN — No one was injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Harpers Ferry and Mount Lock Hill roads, according to Trooper Eichelberger of the Maryland State Police.

The accident happened when a car on Harpers Ferry Road was turning left onto Mount Lock Hill Road and collided with a car traveling in the opposite direction on Harpers Ferry Road, Eichelberger said.

Both cars are waiting to be towed away.

A firetruck from the Potomac Valley Fire Company is on the scene with the Maryland State Police. An ambulance from the Sharpsburg Area Rescue Service was on the scene, but everybody involved in the wreck refused treatment, according to Eichelberger.

Police responded to the accident around 12:15 p.m. Monday, a supervisor for Washington County Emergency Services said.
