Roy J. Lipscomb, 82, of Brunswick, Md., died Sunday, July 24, 2011, at Frederick (Md.) Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at John T. Williams Funeral Home in Brunswick. The funeral home will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. The service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Gary Heffler officiating. Burial will be in Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick.
