Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Linda Beaver and Casey Frost have joined Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA's Waynesboro office as sales professionals.

Beaver and Frost are licensed to list and sell all types of real estate in Pennsylvania. Both are members of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Pen Mar Regional Association of Realtors and Metropolitan Regional Information Systems.

Beaver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology from Bloomsburg University and worked in a hospital laboratory for 25 years. She served in a customer-oriented position for the last 18 years within the Blood Bank at the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg, Pa.

Beaver volunteers with Lutheran Social Services' Stephen Ministry Program. She is a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church, Waynesboro, serving on the Social Ministry and Family Ministry committees. She has  participated in short-term missions trips in the United States, Mexico and Guatemala.

Frost earned degrees in business management, marketing and English from Penn State. She has seven years' experience in customer service in the banking and lending industry.


Paul Gunder and Matt Gunder were recognized by Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA's Waynesboro office for excellent performance in the month of June.

The decision was based on the number of new listings, sales and referrals, attendance at real estate meetings and workshops, and customer-satisfaction reports.

Paul Gunder is among the top 2 percent of NRT's sales professionals, based on gross income. He specializes in residential and developments.

Matt Gunder is continually a top-producing agent in the Waynesboro office. He focuses on residential sales and enjoys working with first-time home buyers.

Both hold licenses for Pennsylvania and Maryland, and are members of the Metropolitan Regional Information System and Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties.
