Pennsylvania teens go to Pa. police honor camp

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A select group of 48 teenagers from across Pennsylvania learned about state police operations and government through the annual Commissioner's Honors Camp, held at the State Police Academy in Hershey, Pa.

Local students in the program include Zane Baker of Needmore, Pa., and Arica Carbaugh of Hustontown, Pa.
