July 13, 2011

HAGERSTOWN — East Washington Street will close at 8 p.m. between Potomac Street and Renaissance Way on Thursday, according to the city of Hagerstown.

The portion of the road will be closed in order to provide enough room for a crane to move equipment to the roof of the building at 7 E. Washington St.

Detours will be set up for traffic to take South Potomac Street, Antietam Street, and Locust Street in the area.

Closure is expected to last until 6 a.m. Friday.
