Clear Spring Firemen’s Carnival | Aug. 1-6
Amusement rides and food. Entertainment by Tori Anderson & Possum Holler Farewell Tour, Rick K and the Allnighters, The Back Creek Valley Boys, The Kentucky Headhunters, Daryl Singletary and John Conlee. Leitersburg Peach Festival | Aug. 13 and 14
Hosted by the Leitersburg Ruritan Club. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Leitersburg Ruritan Community Park, 21427 Leiter St., Leitersburg. Clear Spring Days | Aug. 20 and 21

Williamsport Days | Aug. 25-28
Williamsport Community Band concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25. Street dance at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26. On Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Food, craft vendors, music and other events at Byron Memorial Park, Potomac Street, Conococheague Street (a portion will be closed for the dance Friday), and Town Hall. Augustoberfest| Aug. 27-28
Celebrates local German heritage with Bavarian food, dance and music.
