Youth M.O.V.E. picnic set for July 11

Youth M.O.V.E. Washington County is hosting a picnic for young adults ages 16 to 25, who are supported in the child serving systems such as mental health, special education, child welfare and juvenile services.

The picnic will be at 3 p.m. Monday, July 11, at Hagerstown City Park.
