TOPS 0462

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 0462 in Smithsburg had another good week of weight loss.

Dale was the thinner winner with a 4.5-pound loss.

Sally earned the designation of Back on Track. John and Sally are both halfway to their goal weight.

Dale and John have both lost more than 60 pounds on their way to reaching their goal weight.

John, the chapter leader, challenged the members to have a no-gain week for the coming week as a great sendoff for John and Mack, who are going to the TOPS convention.

This week’s program was titled “Training your Body to Think Like a Thin Person.” The members were told that dieting would be easier in 10 easy-to-follow steps.

The chapter meets Thursdays at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 51 S. Main St. in Smithsburg. Weigh-in starts at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting begins at 6 p.m.
