Robert Allen “Bob” Keefer, 59, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Monday, June 27, 2011, at his home. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Berkeley Springs. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Spohrs Crossroads Cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
