Robert Milo Moon, 75, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., died Friday, May 20, 2011, at his home. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 1 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery, with full military honors. Arrangements are by Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
