Vehicle catches fire in Summit Point, W.Va.

SUMMIT POINT, W.Va. — Firefighters responded Friday morning to a vehicle that caught on fire at the Remac company on Summit Point Road in Summit Point, a Jefferson County emergency dispatcher said.

The fire was reported shortly before 10 a.m., the dispatcher said. By about 10:10 a.m., the fire had been contained, the dispatcher said.

Middleway Volunteer Fire Company Inc. was leading the response to the fire, the dispatcher said.
