Patricia D. Eshelman, 58, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Sunday, June 5, 2011, at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.
