Kathryn Gratton has been named the new director of membership sales by the Hagerstown–Washington County Chamber of Commerce. Gratton brings more than seven years of experience in sales and marketing to the team, and will be the main point of contact for businesses interested in joining the Chamber.



Fulton Mortgage Co.


LANCASTER, Pa. — Pam W. Mills of Lake Linganore, Md., has been named mortgage loan officer for Fulton Mortgage Co., a division of The Columbia Bank. She will be responsible for developing residential loans for The Columbia Bank’s Hagerstown Trust Division.

Mills comes to Fulton Mortgage Co. from Prosperity Mortgage, where she was a mortgage loan officer.



Culligan International Co.


Rusty Stoner of Williamsport recently received the Hall of Fame award at Culligan International Co.’s 75th anniversary convention in Orlando, Fla.

The award is given to the top sales representatives within the Culligan system internationally. At the recent convention, only 10 representatives from around the world received the prestigious award.

Stoner has been representing Culligan in the mid-Atlantic region for more than 28 years. He specializes in the commercial, industrial and high-purity water markets.

Culligan, headquartered in Rosemont, Ill., has more than 75 years of experience in the design and distribution of water-treatment systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.



Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA


GREENCASTLE, Pa. — Peggy Hays and Todd Crawford were recognized as agents of the month for April in the Greencastle office of Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA.

The award is given based on the number of listings taken, sales made and closed sales, as well as attendance at Realtor functions and continuing-education classes completed.

Hays was recognized for the five years and more in the business category. Crawford was recognized for the five years and less in the business category.

Hays is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She has been selling real estate for 26 years and resides in the State Line, Pa., area with her husband, Jack.

Crawford has more than 20 years of business and sales experience. He is licensed to sell all types of real estate in Pennsylvania.



O’Neill Physical Therapy Services


O’Neill Physical Therapy Services recently recognized the long-term commitment of several employees: Leigh Martin, physical therapy assistant, celebrated 19 years with the business. Jenn Robertson, physical therapy assistant and licensed massage therapist; Sandie Grantham, insurance specialist; and Donna Carder, office supervisor, each celebrated their 16th anniversaries.

FREDERICK, Md. — Taylor Davis has joined the Morgan-Keller Construction team as a business development manager.

Davis comes to Morgan-Keller Construction with several years of experience in the commercial construction profession. His primary focus will be on the development of the Interstate 81 corridor.
