HAGERSTOWN — West Baltimore Street is closed between Hood Street and Summit Avenue as workers for the city of Hagerstown are repatching part of the road.

The road was closed last week for a sewer line repair, according to Jim Bender, assistant city engineer for Hagerstown. Part of it had to be ripped up, and that's what is being repatched now.

The road should reopen later this afternoon, but Bender says it will have to be closed again later this week to put a final patch on.
