Accident reported on Summit Avenue near courthouse

HAGERSTOWN — There was a property damage incident Tuesday morning on Summit Avenue, a supervisor for Washington County Emergency Services reported.

Police were dispatched to the scene around 10:50 a.m.

No one was injured, police said. By 11:10 a.m., the scene had been cleared.
