Broadfording students spend spring break on mission to Costa Rica

The Broadfording Christian Academy 2011 Mission Team spent spring break in Costa Rica, where the team ministered to people in La Carpio and La Fortuna.  

The team served at two churches, putting on vacation Bible school programs for young children, and also assisted with the building process of a church addition that eventually will be used as a children’s nutritional center for the church they were helping.

The mission trip also included a visit to an orphanage in La Fortuna, where clothing and toys were handed out to the children.
