Although state police said Cali Lorraine Shroyer, 19, was flown to York Hospital in serious condition, a spokeswoman at the hospital said Monday that Shroyer was not listed as a patient at the hospital.
Shroyer was attempting to cross the eastbound lane of Buchanan Trail East to reach the westbound lane when she pulled the 1990 Dodge Daytona she was driving into the path of the Jeep being operated by Christopher Ryan Wilhide, 22, of Smithsburg, state police said.

A passenger in Shroyer's car, Brittany Diamond Andree, 20 of Waynesboro, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to the Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown, police said.
