Barnes Road in Boonsboro to reopen Friday

 Barnes Road in Boonsboro will reopen to through traffic at Beaver Creek, effective 1:30 p.m. Friday, Washington County road officials said.

 The county thanked the community and motorists for their patience during the rehabilitation of the historic bridge, according to a news release.
