Mary E. 'Pat' Phelps, 88

Mary E. “Pat” Phelps, 88, of Charles Town, W.Va., and formerly of Oak Hill, Fla., died Monday, May 16, 2011, at her home while under the care of the Hospice of the Panhandle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town.
