Sitar of India: A culinary adventure

May 06, 2011

Using the naan, I tasted all the other dishes. They were all an explosion of heat and flavor. Each was unique and once the fire died down, I couldn't wait for another bite.

The service was very good. Sitar uses the group approach so whoever is walking by will refill your water glass (many, many times) clear used plates or ask how you liked your food.

I look forward to educating myself about Indian food at Sitar, dish by dish. The first lesson was outstanding!
