Charm Betty Smith Morris, 68, of Shanghi, W.Va., died Monday, May 2, 2011, at her home. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Johnsontown Church of the Brethren, with Pastors David Davis and  Ronnie Shifflet officiating. Burial will be in Johnsontown Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
