Zumba Gold fitness classes will be held at Christ's Reformed Church, 36 W. Washington St., Hagerstown.
Classes begin Monday, May 9, at 8:30 a.m. and Wednesday, May 11, at 8:30 a.m. Classes cost $2 per class when purchasing a 15-class punch card.
Zumba Gold includes all of the Latin rhythms and moves of a Zumba basic class.
The class is led by Anita Binder, a certified group fitness instructor and licensed Zumba instructor.

YMCA to offer fitness program
A Master Zumba class will be held at the Hagerstown YMCA, starting Sunday, May 15, from 5 to 6 p.m. The class costs $10 at the door. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the YMCA's new fitness trail.
The YMCA is at 1100 Eastern Blvd. in Hagerstown.
The class will be led by Rebecca Millard, a Zumba education specialist. The class is for those ages 13 and older.
The YMCA is a nonprofit organization.

Comedy tour to appear Friday
The Make Me Laugh Comedy Tour will appear Friday at Next Dimensions.
Tickets cost $12 in advance or $15 at the door. VIP passes are available.
Next Dimensions is at 132 Old National Pike in Hagerstown. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 9 p.m.

Stress and weight workshop
The Washington County Health Department will offer EBT: A Scientific Solution for Stress and Weight beginning in May. The program is developed by professionals and is designed to help individuals struggling with weight issues focusing on stress. All methods are based on cutting-edge research in brain sciences and is conducted by certified providers. Daytime and evening classes will be in Hagerstown. Classes will also be held in Brunswick, Md., on Monday evenings. An orientation about EBT will be today at 6:45 p.m. at the Western Maryland Hospital Center.
