F&M Trust officials presented a check for $5,000 to the Council for the Arts in Chambersburg, Pa., to sponsor the Arts Express program.

The program offers art classes for those ages 8 to 12. It is designed to expose students to new and innovative ways in making art so each child will be able to expand their interests. Held at the Woods Center of The Capitol Theatre in the fall and spring, as well as at various locations in the summer, the classes are free to students.
