Frankie Lynn Myers, 57, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, April 25, 2011, at City Hospital. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Edward Myers officiating. Burial will be private.
